Cancellation Policy

Payment is due at the time of booking. BYO STUDIO Please note that the BYO Studio option does NOT come with equipment other than paper backdrops and the backdrop stand. If you book an hourly BYO equipment session and require some equipment please reach out. We are happy to rent out individual equipment items for an additional fee as needed. CANCELATIONS You may cancel a booking up to 48 hours prior to the session. If you need to cancel under 48 hour from a booking you will be charged a 30% cancelation fee. To cancel under 48 hours prior to the start of a session please contact us at info@redtailedstudios.com immediately. No show clients will not be eligible for a refund. No shows will pay 100% of the booking fees. Red-Tailed Studios reserves the right to refuse future bookings and refunds for repeat cancelations under 48 hours or no show. CHANGES TO POLICY This Policy is subject to change at Red-Tailed Studios discretion. Please make sure to check our policies each time you book.
